Ritu Kulkarni
Founder

Ritu Kulkarni, the founder of Paradiim, is a sophisticated, resourceful, and dedicated business leader. She has over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry in addition to being a Hotel Management graduate.

Ritu is based out of Mumbai and has been working as a Director for Procurement Solutions Company for FF&E and OS&E servicing for projects such as Reliance Industries Limited, Taj Group of Hotels, Marriott International, and Accor India, to name a few. Preceding her venture into procurement, Ritu worked in Hotel Operations as Assistant Manager Front Desk with Marriott International. She has also collaborated with other hotel brands, namely Le Meridian, The Oberoi, and Taj Group of Hotels.

As a seasoned businesswoman and entrepreneur, Ritu’s extensive experience into operations helps provide great insights and adds value to her work through Paradiim.
